I order from Jimmy Johns all the time. I have complained once before because the bread was rock hard. I was told over the phone that the bread could not possibly be stale because it is baked every four hours. Regardless of whether it was stale of not, it was still rock hard and the store chose not to amend that in any way. Today, they put my boyfriend on hold for 7 minutes and never served him. I called on my cell phone instead while he was on hold. I was told that they could not deliver to me at the same location they have delivered to me probably at least ten times in the past. It was clear they were busy, but consistency is important. They ended up changing their minds after I insisted the address was within their delivery zone and there would be no fair reason to not deliver.

Huge improvement fast good food friendly and no ridiculous charge for mayo great spot to eat now!
