Food is okay. Any add ons like avo or bacon are in tiny amounts. I live like 3 blocks away and as of now it's taken 25+ mins and my order still isn't here. Sad to think I could probably get a pizza here faster than a sandwich.

Food is good, I usually go through the drive-thru and everything is fine. Went inside today for lunch and the music was way too loud. When I asked them if they could turn it down just a bit, they said it was the owners policy to have it set at a specific volume because it creates a young hip vibe (thanks for implying that I am old and not hip) and keeps the employees working, energetic and not talking to each other. (It ALSO kept me and my family from not talking to each other.) I think the owner needs to read some of his reviews and remember that without the customers, the employees will be dancing to the music by themselves.

I really like they're sandos but when the drive thru teller calls you "bruh" and I've never met the man before I find that to be disrespectful.  Also, the JJ's crew are extremely obnoxious and loud when eating inside...I'm not sure if that's because of all the hard surfaces or if I'm just turning into a cantankerous old man....
