Things have smoothed out since they first opened. Decent spot for a fast bite to eat and consistent quality.

I don't actually come to Jimmy John's, but Google always asks me to review it when I visit the pot shop next door. 

Smells are A+. The drivers are a little baths*t crazy, but hey, that's part of a speedy delivery guarantee. Location? Gotta be excellent. Cannabis and deli sandwiches in the same parking lot? DQ across the street? Phenomenal.

After waiting 15 minutes called store and they said driver was on the way (no apology).  Waited an additional 10 minutes same guy that answered phone said he had too many deliveries and had been "driving around".  Again no apology and the guy sounded as if he were "on something".  The JJ store is less than 1/2 mile from where I work.  Unacceptable service!!!!!

Music so loud they can't hear your order so they get it wrong.    Not impressed.  Employees are yelling and bantering over the music, because it's so loud.

Music was WAY to loud,  we ordered 5 sandwiches to go.  They put them on the counter,  we had to ask for a bag and was told by the employee "ya, they are right there" and walked away.  Worst customer service at this location. Also won't deliver to my house even though it's 1.7 miles away,  they will drive blocks past my street but won't drive the 3 blocks off the main rd. (Cooley) to my house.
