Always have to call and ask what Happened to my order after waiting 30 mins. I once waited an Hour. It always "Just left" and they act like they cant hear. Worst Jimmy John's I Have ever been to. This shop will never get my money again, I would encourage you to avoid this location, too!
I wonder if anyone who rates above 3 stars are faking? I just can't imagine they randomly are decent to a few customers a day while the rest of us can eat a bag.

They never delivered my food and I was so happy about eating just to find out they never came. #deppressed. I'm switching to subway. Adios Jimmy johns!!!

The food was incredibly hard to eat. I ordered my food to eat late at night. I lost track of time, normally I wouldn't pull a stunt like that. However, it took the driver approximately 30 mins to deliver. Which was fine, i got to eat my food. However; there were no napkins, which usually I wouldn't mind, but this particular order had so much mayo and vinaigrette that the bread was breaking apart and incredibly soggy by the time I got it. i delivery guy seemed annoyed that he had to come out to deliver it to me, even after I apologized about ordering it late at night. This experience was not good, I will never order from here again.
