I went in and order a #6 on wheat bread no mayo. Cashier (guy) takes my money as normal. When I got my order I told the young man I asked for my order to be on wheat. He went to confirm with the another worker. The other worker then came to me saying, "wheat is a dollar more". I explain to her that I never asked how much more it will be, I just asked for wheat bread. After I stated that no one attempted to correct my order. If I wasn't on lunch I would've spent the time standing in line waiting on my money back. This location will never get my money again and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to eat at this location.

Worst service I have ever revieced from jimmy johns, never delivered it, then said they couldn't even though it was right down the street. The manager also didn't help at all and just told us to call corporate.

I ordered from these guys all the time and they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I've talked with manager, Alphonso, on a few occasions and he needs to be re-trained on how to be a manager. No concept of customer service and telling me that I'm wrong? He said specifically that, "I need to calm down and call corporate if I don't like it." Well, I did. Hope this place gets a new manager soon. Jimmy John's is super convenient but I'm not ordering from here anymore if that guy still works there. (ditto from Jillian (The person Alphonso called a P.O.S over the phone)

Decent JJ's location.  I've had over baked bread a few times last year, but they seemed to have fixed the issue.
