Jimmy John's is always a great place to grab a good sandwich. First time at this location and I went through the drive through. It was a good experience as I would have expected. My only real comment is that the drive through is a little tight. If you've got a larger truck, you'll be better to park and walk in, because you may not make it through.

I have been a customer at this particular Jimmy John's for a long period of time. I have always enjoyed coming to this establishment however, i have noticed a large decrees in the company's positivity with the employees ever sense the new MANAGEMENT has mixed thing's up a bit. It's a shame to see the joyful and heart felt energy damaged by this change. It's not a comfortable environment to visit anymore. God speed. ⭐🐘⭐

Apparently when you order Jimmy John's online and your receipt doesn't match the order you don't get a refund or a new sandwich ( the one you ordered). My suggestion is never order Jimmy John's in Springville! At least the one in Spanish Fork HONORS the mistake! We will never order from here again! I cannot believe how disrespectful the person or manager on the phone was.

I have never had a bad experience here, and it is always fast, really fast.  I have placed my sandwich orders before and before I was done paying they were complete.  I have ordered online, and they appeared fast, within 15 minutes.

Great food delivered freaky fast! There’s only been one time when my delivery order wasn’t correct - they forgot my drink. I called them, and they brought it to me in minutes.
