We’ve never had such a bad experience with this Jimmy Johns. We ordered online @ 8pm. After forty minutes we called to make sure everything was ok & the guy that answered the phone was nothing but defensive & rude. After waiting another 20min. we call back & the guy who answer the phone before just says “Yes. It’s on it way. It will be there shortly.” No hello, sorry about your wait. No sympathy at all. & again, it has now been over an hour. So at 9:15 our food gets here. AND THEY FORGOT MY COOKIES. So when we call the store AGAIN. same dude, no sympathy didn’t want to do anything to help us. & are still waiting on call back or a driver to come back with our cookies. It’s 9:45, I think Jimmy would agree that an hour & forty-five minute wait is not freaky fast. Let alone fast at all.

I ordered online and I work down the street. I’ve ordered from this location (what feels like) hundreds of times. Today I ordered and noticed that it was taking longer than normal so I called to check and make sure it was still on it’s way. The little boy who answered the phone was VERY rude. He kept going back and forth with me about why it was taking so long which I did not ask for. I just wanted to make sure it was on it’s way. He said”wel it’s because you ordered at 12 if you were one of our first orders your order would’ve came quicker but you decided to order at 12” I said that’s fine, just wanted to check. He keeps going “oh wel I thought you said you’ve been waiting along time you made it seem like it’s been along time and it’s only been 15 mins?” First off my job is literally 2 mins away if you plug it into the gps so yes 15 mins is quite a long time. They delivered it 25 mins after I placed my order and just left it at a random desk upfront. Very rude.

Our company just moved to a nee facility on holmes and minor rd. 3 miles from this store. They told me hey wont deliver here, so i guess they miss out on the 200 or so employees that just moved to this facility.

We literally have waited an hour for 2 sandwiches. An employee gets on the phone and acts as if a company who advertises speed, should take so long to deliver. No one wants an old and soggy sandwich. She then hangs up the phone in my face when I asked if she's prepared to refund all of our money. Will never support this place again!!

This is second time Jimmy Johns has taken over 40 minutes (50 minutes tonight) to order two sandwiches and we live pretty darn close. When I call, they are never that apologetic. I don't pick JJs because it's phenomenal food, I choose it because it's FAST. Your advertisements focus on this aspect. Save yourself the disappointment. Postmates is barely more expensive and had I known I was waiting almost an hour for a cold sandwich, I would have ordered from somewhere else using that app...
