Customer service is absolutely dreadful. Not a single employee except the cashier (bare mininum) acknowledged me. I will not be back.

"Freaky Fast" my ass. This is the slowest JJs I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with in this city. My office is LITERALLY less than four blocks away, yet today is now the third time it's taken them more than an hour to get me my sandwich. I could have walked there and back -- twice. It will also be the last time I ever use it. It's goddamned absurd.

Love the convenience of this Jimmy John's. They are super fast in-store and delivery. Sandwichs are always fresh ingredients and taste great. This store has one of the best teams in town. Favorites are Hunters Club roast beef on wheat. The Vito with freebies on french bread and #2 8 inch roast beef on french bread.

Pros: the delivery drivers are always very kind and courteous

Cons: However, the service is anything but 'freaky fast' and often items are missing from the delivery. Coworkers and I have often placed orders at the same time but one arrives 30 minutes after another. An extra few seconds spent on each order ensuring that all items are in the bag and that it's not going to the same location as another, to free up more drivers and prevent the 'run - backs' to the store, would really help solve a lot of the issues I've personally experienced. 
EDIT: As I typed this review, my drink was forgotten at the store. An 1.5 hours later, my drink arrived, and it was the wrong drink. A perfect example.

Always fresh and delicious with a friendly, informative staff! Jimmy John's follows strict guidelines to keep things fast and efficient. I love how simple it is to order with a smaller list of ingredients to help make the ordering process quicker than going to Subway or Goodcents which means less time standing in line and I can get on with my day!
