Well let’s start with John the manager was highly disappointing and I Will be calling corporate. I gave them 1 star because that was the lowest I could give them today. We ordered sandwiches and 1 did not come delivered. When we called back we were asked to pay another delivery charge. Apparently when you order, are quoted prices, and a total that does not mean they actually put the TOTAL order in their system. Talk about buyer beware!! After we explained that in looking at the total amount we see we were not charged but we did in fact order it so could you please waive the delivery charge. The answer was No. So Jimmy John’s on Groesbeck with John as your “current” manager we will not be ordering from this workplace anymore.

They couldn't even get my order right, its literally just a sub, how can you get it wrong

This is the second time in the past few weeks I've ordered from them that my delivery was not "freaky fast". The last time it took an hour and 20 minutes when I called to see where my delivery was the guy said they were down a driver. I live less than 2 miles away. Now today 30 minutes and I'm still waiting....i might as well of just ordered pizza it would have been faster.

Good service and as always fast. I always order an unwhich and sometimes it is a little sloppy, which makes it hard to eat, but otherwise good for a quick bite. I have also ordered delivery from here and it was also fast.

This location is great. Staff is always friendly, and sandwiches are always tasty. Highly recommended.
