Let me start with this, I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS . 
But this location is nothing short of incompetent. 
We have ordered from them an upwards of 3 times and each and every time they mess up the order. 
We call in to order 3 subs from them, Have them repeat it back and pay for the order. 
They did not let us know that a VITO on wheat will come in as a sandwich form not sub. 
We got that and another VITO sub asked for meat and cheese only, What do you know There is everything on this sub. 
I called in as this is the THIRD TIME we have had this issue. 
The manager there is absolutely incompetent and BEYOND rude. 
If an angry customer calls in ( Which i am one to admit i was NOT happy) 
you do not .. Let me repeat this DO NOT OVER TALK THEM. Do not cut them off.. do not get an attitude. Just stop talking and let them get it out. I would not have spent 7+ min on the phone with you if you would have let me tell you what was wrong so we could fix the issue instead of trying to defend yourself. 
 
I am currently waiting for the delivery man to pick up the incorrect order and drop off the new one.. Lets see how this goes.

Food was good. Just beware of the Manager she snapped at me and was very rude because I ask for mayo and lettuce.  Unbelievable!  I will not be returning here:(

You (the DeLand owner) and Jimmy Johns company are full of shit! Yall have horrible service, horrible sandwich making skills (unless they are screwing up my order on purpose) and horrible franchise owner skills. I tried again but still was screwed. My order (I have picture proof) was horrible. The pickles I pd almost $6 for are dry with hardly any juice. The 2 subs that were supposed to be the same were horrible and not the same. The manager was again just judgemental. Don't go there unless you are desperate...as I was with no car tonight! They will take ur money, listen to ur complaint and the owner will fake care. The owner told me she was gonna take care of the manager (not saying fire her but teach her) and tonight she disrespected me and has no consequences! Jimmy Johns will soon lose business treating people like this! I am a disabled 9/11 veteran. I deserve some respect! Vets go to Brian's bbq....they honor us!
