Try a different location. I’m not sure what has happened at this location, but it’s not good.  I’ve been ordering from here for years, up to three days in a row.  The service has been rapidly declining, and the food quality is not far behind.  Deliveries to my home (less than half a mile away) are now taking upwards of 45 minutes.   I’ve started ordering over the phone, but the phone etiquette of the employees is abysmal. They are not out right rude, but you get the impression that they have never worked with the public before.   To make matters worse, I have had stomachaches after at least 50% of my recent orders.

I have been a big fan of Jimmy John’s for many years. I’m sad to say that my local Jimmy John’s is the worst I’ve experienced.  I really hope they fix whatever they have broken.

I enjoy the number 16 as is, with the add-on of sprouts. Always puts me in a GOOD MOOD.

Just had for the first time in a long time. Last time i said would be the last but i figured give it another try. Not only were they slow, but the sandwich was sub bar. I spit out a few bites becuase of a weird flavor, and i didnt even finish it.

Just called this place I've always ordered from there and now they're telling me they don't deliver to my area. This place is just getting worse!
