First thing I did was confirm address for delivery, twice, and was told they delivered here. They would not make it right by delivering and now I get to wait 3-7 days for my $ back. It's unfortunate, because I'm sure the food is great, as usual.

Sandwiches at Jimmy johns are to be loved! However, there are people that work here that do not follow sanitary rules of taking off / changing gloves when touching the register and things of such. Its gross,  unsanitary and who knows what goes on when customers are NOT around!

Have always had great service and respectful people. Orders have always been correct and taste great! I've even had delivery a few times and they really are fast! I like it so much I think I'm going to order a sandwich right now!
