I agree that the sandwiches are overpriced. I ordered three number 5’s recently and was very disappointed. Firehouse subs definitely gives you more for your money. I went to the location in Acworth and also agree with another recent post that the workers are rude at that location.

My review comes from experience at this Jimmy Johns location in Acworth, GA with a particular worker and my experience in customer service for 8 years. I always came to this location for the past few years and never had anything negative to say till now. The new girl that usually takes the orders at the register does not treat people equally. I noticed she treats people differently when she takes order. I noticed this about her before last time I went, but it was even more obvious today. I noticed how she took a man's order greeted him with a hello, was very friendly and smiled. I am next, and mind you I am a African American woman. She doesn't greet me with a hello, but just stares at me and I have to say hello and she will say, "What do you want?" The guy making my sandwich with the red hair greeted me instead of her. She definitely did not have the same personality she showed the white man before me. When I was waiting on my food, I observed how treated the white woman, and couple after me. She greeted them with a hello, and smile, politely asked what she wanted to order. It is very obvious to me this worker, treats people differently based on their looks. I've been in customer service myself for 8 years. You treat each customer the same. You never discriminate anyone at a business. I do not appreciate how she blatantly treats me different because of how I look. It really makes me feel uneasy and because of my negative recent experiences with this female worker, I do not know if I will be back at this location.

What kind of morons do you have running this place? I don't understand the sandwich shops that hire nothing but kids to run the joint. Then they wonder why people complain or business starts to dwindle. It's a sandwich folks... if you can remember two slices of bread you are 1/2 way there. How can you possibly screw it up from there. And, I'm not talking a sandwich that was made wrong... I'm talking about a to go order missing a whole sandwich! Then when you call to ask about the missing item... the only reply is uhhhhhh... well someone made it... it wasn't me but someone did.... seriously?

Very nice staff!  The manager, Bobby always remembers what I order.   The restaurant is very clean & the sandwiches are phenomenal!
