I go to this location every so often and generally they’re okay. The last couple visits they have messed up my order and unfortunately I haven’t returned since. They forgot the cheese in my sandwich both times. I did not call because going back to correct the order was not worth my time. Very disappointing though, the sandwich did not taste the same.

I ordered a box of sandwiches for a birthday party. The order was done on time and was exactly as ordered. The staff is great at this store and the food was great! Picked up order on Sunday 3/24/24 and everyone got exactly what they wanted!Food: 5/5

Good location! Always fast, and good quality like most JJs. Slightly awkward placement of the store in the shopping strip but it's easy to get to. Parking is usually pretty empty in front.Food: 5/5

Freaky Fast as advertised. The Cuban was great.  Very friendly service. The triple chip cookie was not great but that has more to do with preference.Food: 4/5

Freaky fast and freaky good!  We often send out from this place when we have working meetings or need to work late!

I want to recognize this restaurant for excellence in service.  The crew is friendlier than family to me.  I feel valued and respected as a customer and person at this restaurant.  The first few times I suspected they might be disingenuous because they were just so friendly.  My subsequent visits have verified that in fact they are sincere in their kindness.  May God bless these kind souls.  The preparation is fast and accurate.  The food tastes excellent.  I am sold on this place.

2023-12-21 - 4 Stars Ordered 1 original combo 1 favorite combo A total of 26.47 Just a tad too much for what one gets.  at least to me it does  Need to find coupons to help off set the price or limit the outings to once per month.   Not sure how some folks are able to eat out a few times each week.

I was on a time crunch , I wanted a sub for lunch and got told the drivers were already out making delivery’s. When I asked for the ETA the lady said she didn’t know and she was going to check. Still on a time crunch I was on hold for 5 minutes , she came back and said she still didn’t know. So I asked her to cancel the order and I just went to the one on canton center! You just lost a customer and another location gained one.

Honestly this may be the best Jimmy John's customer service I've ever had today. The employees we're super chill and just all around good people. Really enjoyed hearing some fun music over the speakers instead of the casual radio stuff you hear daily on repeat.

Very friendly staff, order was correct and always Jimmy Johns delicious and fresh. We order from here often for ourselves and also get catering for our business lunches or parties. We love our local Jimmy Johns on Ford Road!
