I was at work. It was lunchtime. I craved a yummy and tasty sub. My mind immediately thought of Jimmy John’s and how I missed their unique subs and “free smells”. So, off I went. I arrived at a time whereas the establishment was pretty empty. The employees were respectful and attentive. My food was prepared quickly and as I ordered. And I just love their little ice bits for soft drinks. So, it was as good as it could get… well, except for if I would have somehow won the lottery or was presented with a VIP JJ Card which gives me free subs for life hint hint corporate dudes and dudettes. As The Terminator has said a few times before: “I’ll be back!”

When I walked in tonight I felt rushed was on the phone and was immediately interupted by a worker had no friendliness at all and the subs we received were made wrong. Will not return nowFood: 2/5

I've never felt more unwanted in a restaurant than I did today at this Jimmy John's. There was no greeting the customer and the person who took my order seemed absolutely dead inside. Zero customer service skills. If you're looking for food, go somewhere that actually wants you as a customer and is happy to help.Food: 5/5

Quality freshness going down. Long a fan of this establishment. Last order. Food dry no dressing#5, hardly any turkey on Turkeytom. And chips were stale. PFood: 1/5

Good food & service!  I've gone to this Jimmy John's ~30 times over the past year ... nearly always ordering the same thing  #6 cheese + avocado on thickly sliced wheat.  The food is always good and the service is prompt and pleasant!
