Had a terrible experience at this location today at 6 pm. 2 females and a guy were working that shift and myself and my family came in we were instantly profiled and treated poorly. After asking to view our sandwiches it was shoved in our faces by the male making the sandwiches after that experience I decided I wanted a refund and no longer wanted the sandwiches the woman behind the counter stated she would only provide a partial refund and questioned why I wanted my money back. I explained to her that I did not have to give her a reason and she proceeded to call me a b!tch and told me to get the fnck out of her store and not to come back. This is no way to treat a customer and I’m sure you value your customers . This was a terrible experience for myself and my family. I felt racially profiled and treated unfairly. I will not be returning to this store. I was unable to get their names but I do have my receipts from my purchase and refund.

Sandwiches were delicious, prepared with lightening speed and fresh! Everybody working even when no customers around. I call it a well oiled machine!

Terrible experience with manager Devin. Someone messed up our sandwiches and when we noticed refused to fix them because they were closed. I would understand except they answered the phone when I called, started to say they would fix it and to come up and grab them but then she changed her mind and recanted. She said she didn’t make the sandwiches and then said she did. The sandwich doesn’t say Mayo on the menu therefor Mayo should not have been put on it.

The perfect sandwich was made here. Thank you for making the perfect sandwich Dee, Bill & the rest of the team!  I’ve been chasing this sandwich for months and you guys accomplished the task!

This restaurants is rude and will hang up on you. There is a cat colony in the back of this plaza and they don’t care if their employees speed in the back and hit the cats.

Have gone to this place for years. I wish they would have changed something on their menu throughout the years whether it was to implement some sort of hot sandwiches but then again they are known to be FREAKY FAST when making their food and hot food would most likely break that reputation. Overall this place has always been decent. The one place I had always placed chips on top of my sub. Did it when I was a kid and still do it to this day.

Freaky fast is not enough.. wow wow Was extremely fast and delicious. Good size sub.. Love it a lot.. great service and extremely clean I will recommend it.

The food is always delicious. I had my usual: turkey, ham & provolone. So good! The people behind the counter are always great to deal with; and yes, they are freakin fast! I would go every day if I could.

Ordered my subs, almost an hour to get. I did order them for 1130 though, as that was the earliest possible online. I didnt receive my delivery until noon. When I called the store, Phil was very dismissive, making excuses. Bread was horrible, and attitudes of the employee's were atrocious! I've given them several tries, each time throughout the last 2 years they have been sinking into a terrible habit of piss poor attitudes. One last thing, the delivery guy thinks it's ok to pull up to the house half on the grass half in the road. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but I live on a street with only 11 houses, in a court style street. Its common sense. Plus his smug little attitude set me off. I didn't even say anything to warrant such an attitude. I actually have been super nice about this whole thing, until this review.

I thought they were supposed to be "freaky fast?" If the staff would put down their damn phones and pay attention to their customers would be a major improvement. It was SLOW and we were their only customers.   I would fire ANY employee playing with their phone behind the counter. Won't be back. I used to like them. Just not as good as other locations.
