Day time  the service is great…night time  it’s like the woman working wants to be so sour that no one comes in. She is abrupt with customers and other employees. She talks poorly about customers while they are in the restaurant. She needs to be retrained in customer service. The store is Never clean at night. I wouldn’t go in after 3pm. Try and time it only to eat here during the day unless they want to retrain the staff in proper customer service. A $10 sandwich should be served with kindness and respect. It’s crazy to treat people the way she does.

Ordered a delivery from this location for the first and last time. Any other location of JJ I’ve been too has been pleasant, and without problems for the most part. The occasional order mess up isn’t big deal as long as they’re willing to work with you to correct it. I’ve had other locations offer to re-deliver the correct food if it was wrong or offer some credit for the next order. This location made a roast beef sandwich instead of a BLT. And when contacted for assistance in correction of the messed up order, only gave attitude and made no effort whatsoever to ensure a returning customer. Can’t eat beef, can’t leave home due to disability. Terrible customer service.

I entered the store later in the evening, about 30 min before closing. The staff had the store very clean for closing, but welcomed me in & very cheerfully served me. The store was immaculate! This particular location has loads of seating for all sized parties from individuals to families. The staff was kind, fun, and enthusiastic. I'm definitely returning to that particular location for my sandwiches even though I live across town! Speaking of the food, I suppose I should mention that too:  The food was as expected: fantastic! Jimmy John's really seems to have the lettuce rap down. As I've said before, I eat Paleo & it's so nice to find a place you can order what you need without sounding like a pain in the posterior! The sandwich was very tasty & when I mentioned that I would be taking the 2nd one to work the next day, the staff wrapped them separately for me!

I ordered food from here literally there’s six minutes away from me. I waited over an hour for my food. Still never received it for them to refund me. We have to wait two days for my money so I get no dinner tonight and there’s nothing that they could do I spoke with Ryan he said he was the manager. Try to solve the problem. He just said I am I don’t get dinner. I don’t get food and they’re slow ordering Jimmy John’s Jimmy John’s, but this one in particular

Awful service! I thought maybe when I went in a few weeks ago that they were just having a bad day....nope....it must be everyday. Two people working. Woman taking order basically snarled as she took the order and was very unfriendly.  Older woman making sandwiches literally thrust the bag with our sandwiches at me and  said "here!". Wow! They do not like their jobs. This store does NOT have good customer service and it shows through in the quality of its sandwiches. Do not recommend whatsoever!

This location will cancel your deliveries because they don’t feel like delivering!! Doesn’t matter if you’ve had dozens of Jimmy John deliveries in the past, they will randomly choose and pick when your house is in or OUT of delivery range! I order only through the app and worked at this location, so I am aware that I am within the delivery zone.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Service!!!!! The Manager Winston,  is Always Very RUDE &&& will not do a 30 piece box for a same day. We are a place of business & don't know ahead of time what we'd like to order. Never had this problem till he came along. All the other location will accommodate us. So sad this location has went downhill! DONT GO THERE!!!!! Sounds like they dont want to work to me.

You guys set up my interview and completely wasted my time. First you send me the wrong address for my interview then I get there 15 minutes late to then be told the hiring manager didn't have my interview scheduled and he's not working on that day. You guys are clearly racist and you need help. I will never purchase anything from this establishment again and I will tell everyone I know not to as well.

Did a pick up. They made it quick and the ladies working were super nice. Sandwiches were made perfect no mayo on either like I asked. Had prior times I ordered here where whoever working still put a lot Mayo so I hadn’t been back for a year until now.Food: 5/5
