Was on lunch for work. Came in and order my sandwich and got it very quickly. Those guys were faster than other Jimmy John's nearby. Sat down, ate and then left. Hard to find parking for my work truck though. Luckily side street had a spot for me on Ridge Terrace.That was the only downside, parking. Very busy street and restaurants. Wheelchair accessibility: Walked up the ramp from sidewalk to get in, so definitely wheelchair accessible.
Hello I am a Regular at Jimmy John’s. When I walk into Jimmy John’s, I smell the hard work ethic of the workers. In particular the manager DQ. The way he works to make those sandwiches it’s crazy. He’s always giving good recommendations on what to eat. He is always so hyped about making the sandwiches for the customers. He really cares about the customers experience. Keep it up DQ, your going far!
I ordered a turkey sub about two weeks ago. The order was incorrect. And it took about 45 minutes for it to be delivered. And they put the delivery fee of $3.00, plus a standard tip on the bill. I think they had alot of nerve. It's my last time ever ordering from them again.
Hour and 20 min later and my sandwich is still not here..I live 4 min away …neverrrrrrrrrrr orderrrrrrr delivery from this location NEVER don’t do it…oh he just pulled up so hour and 22 min for a sandwich…
After an hour of ordering online, the tracker said delivered. Called and the manager assured me that he delivered it himself to my doorstep. Puts employee on to take the rest of the call and assures him that he delivered it to the 2nd house from the corner, even though I'm the 4th house. Asked me to walk over and get it... no food. Called again and they basically said well not much we can do and couldn't give me any details on a proper refund and then hung up. More times than not something like this has happened with this location. Terrible manager running ship and will never go to this place again.
Ordered 50 min ago..... Called and asked if the driver got lost and whoever was on the call acknowledged he has been out for 40 min and had 8 deliveries. He should they would be here any minute. It's been 10 minutes. This is not FREAKY FAST! Our business is 10 min away. SMDH
Freakishly slow. Never been impressed with their delivery times since opening and only gotten worse with the labor shortage. 1 hour delivery times. I get better timing on grubhub with home cooked meals. Not worth the wait or price.
1 star is 1 star too many. Workers and managers are incredibly rude. I ordered a sandwich for my 4 year-old with extra pickles and they instead put extra hot peppers. When asked to remake it, they said I would have to buy a new sandwich. Seriously??? For a 4 year-old? He’s crying, disappointed, and loved their sandwiches. Never ever coming back!
Usually this place is fine but today I had a terrible experience where the owner just didn’t care. The sandwich was missing items that I had asked for. When I called to report this because the cashier was an older gentlemen I’ve never seen before that perhaps the order was taken wrong, I got no apology and was told to come back for the missing items and when I explained I wouldn’t have time to come back, they put me on hold for 5 minutes. Finally the owner named Carmen came on the phone and said all he could do is come back. Again no apology. In fact he suggested that I picked up the wrong items instead of owning the mistakes! When I kindly suggested that perhaps the cashier took the order wrong or the sandwich maker made an error and perhaps could be a training opportunity, Carmen dismissed the feedback and said “We can’t do anything except for you to come back to us and prove what happened” — can you believe that!? Total disregard for customer satisfaction and feedback to improve. I noticed that the crew looked different from usual so maybe ownership changed or something but will have to see what the future holds for this place! It’s a shame because usually they are fine only had one ofher time where they forget one kind of meat completely! but today’s total disregard for feedback and taking customer satisfaction seriously is a real shame....
Sandwiches are always good but I waited almost an hour for a sandwich that had the wrong mustard on it and I was given the wrong chips as well. Sandwiches are always good but if I’m paying 20 dollars for a sandwich and chips I want it made correctly
