Had the weirdest interaction at this location on Monday around 7:40pm. I spent $20 on a single sandwich and asked for a side of peppers, the person making my sandwich said he couldn’t do that so I asked how much it was to clarify that I wasn’t asking for it for free, but that I would pay for it. He said they couldn’t ring it in separate from my order due to their inventory system, so therefore I couldn’t have them. Well, turns out, according to the two pictures attached, peppers are supposed to be free, but due to their incredibly delicate and complicated inventory system, paying customers cannot actually have them unless they are added to the original order. I will not need this information as I will not be going back, but if anyone reading this wants an advertised “freebie” make sure to include it in your order and not after the fact, because there is absolutely no way to inventory free things after your order has been placed. This is not posted anywhere at all and the person at the register won’t ask if you want to add any “freebies” before the order is finalized, you just have to know.

Fantastic! Excellent customer service. Benjamin called to tell me he was on the way with my food and to have a great night! Wow! Above and beyond, sir! I know the delivery distance wasn't far, but I'm a little scared to walk around by myself downtown while staying at a nearby hotel. Thank you for bringing me my dinner and lunch for the next couple of days! I'll definitely order from here again! PS: The Jalapeño ranch wrap is delish! Crispy jalapeños will be on all my orders from now on!

Walked up to a completely empty restaurant at 6pm with my service animal who has been coming to this location with no issues for years along with local stores Walgreens Jamba Juice chipotle ect. The only person working the store is out front smoking a cigarette and refuses to allow me and my dog inside or to serve us. He completely disregarded us and continued smoking his cigarette. I will never return to this location as long this employee remains here. 5 years of coming here 100s of times with my dog. I walk past this location on the daily and literally live across it above it. Never once have I ever had an issue at Walgreens Jamba Juice chipotle and countless others. There was a serious lack of judgement and care. Completely unacceptable. I’m also a previous employee of jimmy John’s from 12 years back and loved my experiences. I hope this finds the right person and it’s taken handled appropriately. Within seconds of being denied at Jimmy John’s we went into a crowded chipotle granted still with my service animal and was greeted with open arms along with Charles the dog w no issues.. there was nobody in the store at jimmy John’s just the loser out front smoking a cigarette.

The sandwich was delicious. Everyone working there was smiling and very nice. I was in a large electric wheelchair that took up some space and they were really accommodating. I recommend this Jimmy John's.Food: 5/5

Extremely rude service. Four of us walked in at 9:28 and they were closing at 10. The guy behind the counter was basically shouting about how they were closing soon and we couldn’t eat there in the restaurant. He was just kind of openly hostile towards us the whole time, but he still had to make us sandwiches and they were actually pretty delicious the only reason they don’t get one star only.  I hope that guy finds happiness in life.

Ordered the new Firecracker bundle and they didn’t put the firecracker wrap!Service: 5/5

I honestly do not get from Jimmy John's a whole lot basic sandwiches. But honestly this place went above and beyond amazing sandwich. And they saved my life by delivering to me while I was at work in my work vehicle so I couldn't really go anywhere. They are life saver thank you so muchFood: 5/5

Staff member stated they were out of the bread they usually use and offered us wheat bread for our 8" subs only to get sandwhich bread which they charged $8.99 for, forgot part of our order and since when does a "roast beef & cheese" sandwich include tomatoes, lettuce and mayonnaise. Had to order a new one again. This time, i made sure it was an 8" bread and not a sandwich. Not the way you make money. When confronted, it was only a "oh sorry," not even an offer for a refund. The lady with the glasses and huge gages was very rude. Never coming back.
