Order just 8 min prior to closing with Door Dash app. Food was ready 1 min prior to closing. Definite time saver. Thanks for the service.

The sandwiches are always really good and fresh. Staff is nice and they’re always really quick and perfect for quick filling food that doesn’t weigh you down.

Ordered in advance  with the app I have limited time to eat, paid for my food when i arrived,  3 people that ordered after I paid got their orders before I asked an employee about my order. His response "I don't know" and went to filling other orders. I asked for a manager or someone that could give me some info about my order, manager came up and informed me that they fill the instore orders before the app or online orders. What is the point of ordering in advance if it takes longer?!

I have to eat Gluten-Free, and their Unwiches wrapped in lettuce, not bread are generous & delicious...and most of all, don't cause a reaction for me.  I just wish it was possible to sub extra meat in place of the cheese that comes with my favorite sandwich without there being an extra charge, especially since I have to omit the cheese that is included in the price.

Delivery took well over an hour. Food wasn't prepped right. Lady on the phone offered no solutions and instead gave me excuses. I know customer service is a chore but come on when I say it's been forever don't give me excuses. The delivery location was only 3 and a half minutes away to top of off. Bad customer service served with an even worse attitude. Told us to provide a check number when i didn't even receive a receipt. Sad.

Employees were very rude I took my food to go they did not put my sandwich in a bag I had to do it myself and the girl making my sandwich was talking on the phone the whole time even while making my sandwich

Got my free reward sandwich, love the #9 with three meats, provolone cheese and great vegetables inside a fresh, baked. daily variety of breads. Can't wait to go back again. And I would be remiss if I failed to mention their Skinny Chips. Honest, best potato chips I have ever eaten. Try them as well. You will be delighted.

The prices, good, service is fantastic   Vegetarian options: Vegetables on sandwich. Duh

Got my delivered order wrong, took over 30 min for the replacement delivery, and they still forgot the pickle.  Call taker was not very apathetic,  was not expected from JimmyJohns as I order often from this chain.

The subs are always made fresh and are delicious! The customer service is great! The resturant and tables were all clean. The smell of fresh bread when you walk in makes you even hungrier! I love getting their day old bread Its considered day old after 4 hours so, 4 hour old bread to make my own sandwiches for a quick easy lunch at home.
