Rude management. The blonde girl manager rolled her eyes at me and did an exaggerated, over handed pointing gesture towards the rack with outgoing product. Never said a word to me. Refused to give me her name or the owners name when requested. Called JJ Customer Service. Got a bs feel good “sorry about your experience “. I just wanted to let the owner know he hired a piece of work!

Jimmy Johns is always our go-toto for delivery, every time the drivers have been in great, Food is always consistent, I’m really happy to have them as an option in our town!

It’s better than Subway. They are fresh and fast when not super busy. They fix orders and Lundin does her management job correctly as other managers who have been there has not.

Not busy and waited in drive thru awhile. Sandwich was sloppy and had dressing dripping out of wrapping and worst of all rude employees.

My #9 sandwich was incorrectly prepared. When I called to inform Management, they failed to offer a reasonable solution, in fact they “all of a sudden changed” their credit or free sandwich offer. So disappointed.

Due to work and food allergies I can here five days a week for two months. The summer job crew was kind of rough. You could tell they were kids with their first time jobs or just really close to that.... now witnessing the change over to their fall crew I’m very impressed. They all had my order memorized in a very short amount of time and recognized me as a regular. I wish this crew was at my local jimmy johns. Food was always good. Maybe not freaky fast but I always came in during lunch rush.... that being said I never waited over five minutes for my food. They do good work.

Upon my arrival to the store, the woman at the counter sold me on the kickin chicken sandwich. "It always gets great reviews!" Not today. The chicken tasted like soggy socks with a side of mustard. No military discount either... so unpatriotic.

I just cancelled my order.  The kid at the window turned his back to me after took my payment.  While he was waiting for my order to come up, he reached in to the backside of his pants with both hands to give a scratch. I refused to accept the food from him and demanded my money back. Sorry that was more unsanitary then I could handle. I did not see anyone handling the food with gloves on.

JIMMY JOHNS never fails to amaze me.  After returning home with my sub,  it was the wrong sandwich.  I called the Manager at  JIMMY JOHNS who was very professional,  immediately went into action, remade the appropriate sub and had it delivered to my home.  This was the first time ever a mistake was made.  This is exactly why JJ is putting subway to shame.  They not only have the best product,  they back it up.  I appreciate you JIMMY JOHNS.

By far the greatest Jimmy Johns I've had the pleasure of ordering from. Their service in impeccable both inside the store and when delivering. They show incredible attention to my needs as a customer and do so with a genuine smile and great attitude. The food is amazing, I've never had a bad sandwich from them! 5 stars for the incredibly trained staff!
