Another Jimmy John's with consistency in excellent service and delicious Gourmet Subs. No matter where you go you'll find Jimmy John's and it will be your favorite place to dine at !!!

I ordered a sandwich. It was delivered and was made incorrectly. I called them, they first argued on the phone with me that they made the sandwich correctly when it was plain to my eyes that they did not, so basically they called me, their customer, a liar!! Then secondly, on THEIR MISTAKE, they wanted me to bring back in the sandwich, in which I specifically had it delivered for a reason, instead of delivering the correct sandwich in the first place. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? I was more than willing the give them the incorrect sandwich back if they only had delivered the correct sandwich. I have ordered from Jimmy John's plenty of times from by where I work in Indianapolis and have never had an issue with customer service, had them argue with me, their customer, and have always bent over backwards to accommodate me the customer. So just warning you that if you get the incorrect order, expect them to argue with you and expect you to bring them back the incorrect order after it was delivered to you, defeating the entire purpose of a delivery service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

The motto of "subs so fast you'll freak" doesn't really apply at this location most days.  The food is still pretty consistent quality.  Friendliness of staff can be hit or miss at times.Food: 4/5

first time ordering from this "restaurant," I placed a pickup and waited. I thought it was just taking a long time but it literally never got finished. The order tracker still, to this day, reports that it is not ready for pickup. I called them and the guy said that they made it but no one came to get it so they threw it out, which I think is pretty ridiculous considering they have my contact info. What a waste. I would've rather they told me they just went and ate it. Or they could've just called me. They said there was nothing they could do which I also think is pretty ridiculous considering it was their not the dude on the phone personally of course, he didn't do anything wrong mistake that they forgot to mark it as ready on their end. If you risk ordering from here, I'd definitely recommend using a credit card so that you can have a safety net of being able to issue a chargeback.

Great sandwiches and service. Very tasty. Will be back. Ask for extra hot cherry peppers and you shall receive. Awesome and the staff live my Huskies and they live them back when given a doggy treat or 2.

Ordered a slim 4 ... allergic to tomatoes and got it home fully loaded. Called and they refused to anything about it. Called back and the manager ended up hanging up on me when I said I wasn’t going to pay for a delivery fee for their mistake.

I chose Jimmy John's due to quality ingredients. Everything is always fresh. They are freaky fast. I get the roast beef and turkey. I order the #14. Which makes it easy to order. Check out the menu on my pics. Zoom in on the pick and see what they have before you get there.

First off, I just want to say I wasn’t even mad my order took a little longer than usual…. Where I work, we order Jimmy Johns delivery anywhere from 2 to 10 times a day. We try to do bulk orders when we can but sometimes it’s just not possible. Well, they are ALWAYS “freaky fast” with our order.  Today, however, I got the text message that the order was out for delivery and then 30 minutes goes by and still no delivery. I heard sirens near my store and ended up calling the store. Not to complain about my order being late, but to check and make sure the driver was okay. The combination of taking a little longer than usual and sirens had me worried that everyone was okay. Luckily, the driver was fine. Like everywhere right now, they are just short staffed. So, yes, I legitimately called the store to make sure they were ok….

They forgot my pickles, but otherwise fresh friendly service with delicious food.Food: 5/5

I always get the veggie sandwich, the number 6. That's my all time favorite.Food: 5/5
