The food was great as usual. The guy making my sandwich was funny and quick with my order. Really liked the bootleggers club with added avocado and hot peppers. Their jalapeño chips also never disappoint. No change in quality over the past few years. Still a great place to get a bite to eat.  Inside was clean and well taken care of. Had a few tables outside to eat at. Parking a bit of a pain, but the parking meters have a free 15 minute grace period option which worked great for just a food pickup.

Jennifer was holding down the whole place by her own. Kind, and courteous- I felt bad she was on her own but she assured me it was okay. 10/10 made me feel like I was welcome and looked after

Jimmy Johns is my favorite sandwich/sub shop. Fresh baked rolls. Just went today 9/21 and the staff is as slow as a turtle. Come on what happened to lightning fast?? Also the cashier hands you the cup by putting it upside down on the counter! The staff needs more training!

Tried this place when I was randomly in Long Beach. The sandwich was alright. Bread is really good, quality of the turkey wasn't top notch but was decent. I really like they offer sprouts as an option as well. The sandwich w/o anything was incredibly bland. I had them add vinaigrette dressing and mustard and after that it was pretty decent. It's very similar to jersey mikes. The main thing about this place that I found pretty cool was the decor. It has a clean a very clean vibe and they have these really cool life quotes on the walls and cool art as well. I'd try it again...

I have come to like JJ's for the quality, bread and diverse sandwich options. There has only been one time when I ordered online that the order wasn't ready when I arrived. I have also only been here during non-lunch hours. I imagine it gets pretty packed given the location near the police station and courthouse. Service has been solid and the employees are nice and appear to get along.

I walked in asking for a sandwich like granny used to make well granny they got your back. good stuff thank you. " tuna sandwiches"  it's the bomb.   food is good the people are nice but the prices are way too high. Come on guys. Spare me some change $$$

I am a HUGE fan of their #9 Italian Night Club sandwich, add hot peppers is a must. This location is fast, friendly, and if you brave through the current construction taking place on Broadway, you won’t be disappointed. A few JJ insider tips: if you don’t want all your ingredients to “smush” out when you take a bite, as for the “extra bread scooped out” option when ordering. This allow for more room for you to enjoy all the goodness inside. Also, the sandwiches typically come uncut, so don’t be afraid to ask them to cut it in halves or fourths if you get on of the “Giant” subs. Overall, nothing to complain about with this location!

Kind of slow to make the sandwiches and the girl had trouble hearing me but otherwise good experience overall  Had to revise my review. Ordered bacon on my sandwich. Did not get bacon. You would think with the time it took to make the sandwich they would've remembered to put the bacon. Ordered a number 4 add bacon.
