Slowest JJ that I have ever dined at.  25 minutes to get a JJ slim from mobile order!  I came inside to watch them make orders for 6 walk in customers who ordered at the checkout and waited for their sandwiches…picked them up and walked out.  I’m still waiting for my sandwich from my mobile order. Yes I checked in when I arrived and waited in my car for 10 minutes watching people go in and out!!!! Then walked inside to see ridiculous travesty in person!  5 employees and sandwiches were rolling out so slow. 4 other always waiting for sandwiches!

Ordered for work lunch during a training day. Didn’t have an opportunity to leave to get lunch. Went to add my mayonnaise and this is the turkey I got. I’ve never seen anything nastier. I called to tell them and they said “and?” Like they couldn’t have cared less. She said they’d refund me and I said I mean I would just like a new sandwich I don’t have any other option and she said it’d look the same and come from the same pack of turkey. Tell me you’d eat this… I don’t know how someone put this on a sandwich and thought it’d be okay to serve.

Ordered Jimmy John's for lunch as I didn't have time to leave the office. Received my sandwich that was supposed to be cut in half, and it was not. This is the third time this has happened in a row. Not only that, but my BLT that comes with mayo didn't have any mayo on it. There's like 4 ingredients that go into a BLT. Shouldn't be that hard to get right.

Close to work, they were super friendly fast!! I got the Vito and jalapeño kettle chips!! So delicious!! The oil they use is so good!! Will be backFood: 5/5

Went it to get a sub. Everyone was in back. Never got served. I then walked out and went to osseo jimmy Johns and the same thing Happened lmao some people's kids nowadays Food: 1/5

I placed a catering order for pick up at this location for 9/21/23.  Food was ready on time and staff was very personable.  They even asked me to call back to make sure everything was OK.  I did not call back but appreciated their desire for feedback which shows they care.  To me, that means a lot.Food: 5/5

Could be the day, but they were not freaky fast. Ordering was fine, but took 15 min to prep one sandwich. Pickup at the end was chaotic and some sort of name or number system would have been more efficient.  The sub was good though.

Just waited 24 minutes to get a turkey sandwich. It's often packed in this location with only 1 or 2 people working like crazy. What is the management doing here, hire more staff or your current staff and customers  won't put up with this long. Only reason they didn't get 1 star is because of the staff, very friendly.

Staff was friendly and fast and when I askedc the staffed if they liked their job they said yes and engaged me in conversation as it wasn't busy.  It's always nice to be served by those who enjoy their job.  Not that it affects me at all but it is disappointing that this location does not accept cash and although I see many reasons for this practice I do find it borderline discriminatory.   This all being said the staff is quick, accurate and friendly, as well as a clean establishment!

I love Jimmy Johns - but this location leaves little to be desired. Today I ordered a sandwich, and when I opened it up half of the bread was completely wet and soggy. When I called the store to rectify the situation - they were extremely rude. First, they didn't believe me. Then - they tried to tell me it was because of what i ordered a Pepe with extra lettuce. Not once did anybody apologize or even say "i am sorry you are not happy". I will not be supporting this location again.
