Taking my order was grueling but the young cashier was doing her best. It took easily 8-10mins to take our order of two 8inch tuna sub combos on wheat. See the pic of what an 8" wheat bread sub looks like. The only redemption is it was delicious! They deserve a second chance. Bathrooms were very clean.

Web ordered here twice. Food is always done before I get there. No complaints!!! 12/22  Edit: the delivery side if things sucksssssss. Took over 30 mins to receive my order that was 4 mins away. Pickup only at this 5/23location.

I've been going to this Jimmy John's for pretty long while I usually get there about 10 till 10 before they closed so apparently the young lady that made my sandwich thought it would be a funny idea not to put meat on it about time I discovered there's no meat on it it's 1001. Thanks.  At McDonald's.  Wow

Since when does the delivery person NOT release your food unless a tip is given .  It clearly states on my receipt online order that I was charged a tip PLUS a delivery fee PLUS a service charge. Watch your receipt people!!!  Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect accessibility for handicap.  No steps to enter restaurant.

Amazing sandwich spot with lovely staff and fresh food. Veggies are crispy as they can get and bread is absolutely perfect. Amazing place to eat at.Food: 5/5

The people that work at JJ's are awesome! Service is always accurate, helpful, and fast. As far as sandwiches go, they're pretty good; they could be better and other people do it better and that could be said the same as for the atmosphere. It's a go-to for my lunch downtown.Food: 4/5

Solid sandwiches overall, the bread was really dry though. Also it's unfortunate that you can't make all of their sandwiches little John, only a select few which is disappointing.Food: 4/5
