I ordered my subs to go and for the first time, they actually wrote our "names" on the wrappers. Whoever took the time to write out all the Ms I put on mine when I ordered made our day. Seriously, I was having a bad day and trying to be silly when I ordered. You didn't have to send it back to me like that, but you did and I want you to know what a kick my girls and I got out of it! The subs were delicious and hit the spot, but more importantly, I truly appreciated that you took the time to cheer me up and still make them freaky fast! Well done, guys!

Had to give this place two stars. First visit: didn’t give me the chips I paid for. Second visit was today. My husband and my bread was hard down the center of the bottom. The bread is the best part! I look forward to the freshness and softness of the bread every time. What a let down.

This place is the best! They were able to provide non-branded wrapping for 50+ sandwiches we used for a TV show. Tania, the catering manager, was so amazing to work with and provided exactly what we needed. 100%. Would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend and the food is amazing as always.

The hours are wrong. Don't waste your time trying to go here after 7pm, as they're closed.  Parking: Very little street parking in this area. It's best to walk here.

This location does not deliver 0.7 miles from their location. In addition, has delivery hours that differ from there business hours. Online ordering states “Closed” at 4:30pm

Ordered lunch online at 11:30 a.m. 12:50 p.m. called the store to see where my order was. They said it should be there soon. Lunch finally showed up at almost 2 p.m. Delivery guy was on a bike. He wouldn't even come into the building because he was on a bike and no way to lock it up. I asked why it took over 2 hours to get my delivery and all he said was that they were really busy. No apology. I will NEVER order from this location again. Just wish I had read all of the other bad reviews before placing an order.

I only give Jimmy John's four stars overall because there isn't a location in the San Fernando Valley. One thing I can say about Jimmy John's that I love more than any other sandwich place, they provide the option for lettuce wrapped sub sandwiches, and that is incredible for people who avoid carbs.Food: 5/5
