I’ve eaten here a few times due to limited take out options in the area. It’s never been great. I love Jimmy John’s, but this location is a below average representation of the franchise. Unlike most JJ locations, the bread here never seems fresh. The customer service is pretty poor. The employees always seem to be having a good time with each other and as the customer, you feel like you’re interrupting that. Today, there was loud Spanish music playing which is weird for a Jimmy John’s. Seating is extremely limited at this location and parking is nonexistent. If you’re in the area, and wanting a sandwich, I recommend the Potbelly a few blocks away.  Kid-friendliness: Not really.  Wheelchair accessibility: No. You have to walk down stairs to get to the counter to order.

Tried it for the first time and has a good Cesar's Salad Wrap.  Fir a quick and easy take away meal it was absolutely OK. Service was fast and friendly.  Parking: Parking garage next to the shop but expensive.  Wheelchair accessibility: No way for handicapped people. There are 5 hard steps in the shop, you have to take them for ordering....

My first time ever trying Jimmy John’s, the employee who helped me was named Lesly, she was very sweet and helpful. She greeted me soon as I walked in and gave me a smile.  Didn’t get frustrated when I didn’t know what to order. She recommended the jalapeño chicken wrap. She made it so quick and it was delicious. Great customer service on her part. She was literally everywhere, slicing meats, making sandwiches. Just a great employee. Will definitely come again and recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

Since this location was near our hotel we stopped frequently during our DC visit. The staff members were always friendly and accommodating. The service was prompt and accurate. They were playing catchy Spanish music which was enjoyable. We would have dined inside but wanted to get back to our hotel.Food: 5/5

I mean it’s alright. A pretty wide variety of sandwich options for a decent price. I ordered a ‘Jimmy Cubano’ pictured below. It wasn’t bad, but it certainly wasn’t great. There was very little in the bread, and the flavors/freshness weren’t anything to write home about. I would have probably been better off just making the same sandwich at home—would probably have taken less time and cost less. Also—for some odd reason, they don’t heat up sandwiches or offer hot sandwich options; even the bread is cold.  Staff was nice. The place was clean but smelled like chlorine. Probably wouldn’t seek out a Jimmy John’s in the future unless I’m strapped for options. Tempted to give two stars, but I haven’t tried other sandwiches and my friends really enjoyed theirs.

A tiny JJs shop, perhaps designed more for takeout. The employees were nice, one behind the counter, one delivering on bike. Went at 7pm on a Saturday Pride Parade coincidentally and there was no iced tea made, which is all I drink. So I had to drink soda :. Floor was pretty messy as were most table tops with chips and wraps around. With only one employee taking orders AND making sandwiches, it's no wonder. This location has NO RESTROOM, so you can't wash your hands before or after your meal :/ Thankfully the food had that typical JJs taste :

Sandwiches okay, like average but there was no where to sit and eat which was a little frustrating as we had parked to and were walking around hoping to sit and eat for a few mins. A few tables and chairs wouldn’t hurt inside or outside. In DC seating is a must.Food: 3/5

Really disappointed in this location. Ordered a sandwich for delivery, explicitly requesting extra Dijon mustard, amongst other “extra freebies.” When it arrived, there was no Dijon. Simple mistake. I called and requested a remake. After passing around the phone three times and denying they even processed my order, the staffer miraculously found my order and proceeded to explain to me the meaning of “EZ” and “Extra”. She even asked the person who made the sandwich who stated she honored the special requests. When I asked how “extra Dijon” results in no Dijon whatsoever, she finally agreed to send a new sandwich. The new sandwich was correct. The delivery was fast and the courier was friendly and apologetic. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a correct sandwich.

On 8/23/2024, I called three separate times and a male worker and female worker kept intentionally hanging up the phone when I was asking for assistance. Very immature employees.Service: 1/5

You cannot get anything heated up here.  All cold subs.  Crazy.  The very friendly employees are apologetic about it.Food: 2/5
