If all of the Jimmy Johns we have visited on vacation this has got to be the worst. The 8” French bread has hard and not fresh, missing onions. The person who took the order didn’t even  enter the unwich that was ordered. The sliced wheat sandwich wasn’t cut in half.Food: 2/5

These guys are the best! Their bread is fire and the sandwiches always hit—better than subway.  Today I got the beach club and they were nicely accommodating to customize my sandwich. All the staff are very friendly and super cool. It seems like a fun place to work. Also, it’s a plus that their food safety rating is excellent!Food: 5/5

SKIP THIS ONE!!!  Worst jimmy john's location I've been to. The guys working can't follow simple instructions i guess. What i ordered was not what was in my sandwich...  Took a couple bites and it had no flavor so had to throw it away  also i Might be getting sick... my sandwich looked like it was picked up off the floor. Definitely need to re-staff.

Total joke. They ask you to wait for pickup notification which has NEVER ONCE COME. So I end up waiting like an idiot for an hour with no email. I go and pick up a soggy dog food sandwich that was made an hour ago. But if you show up after twenty minutes they tell you to wait for the email. Total joke of a franchise

I ordered a veggie and they gave me one with meat. 0 ownership and responsibility when I cane back. It was John and Chris. John had 0 regret and simply said I have no idea how it happened and didn't care at all. He simply threw the one I had and said he will give a new one. They simply wasted 30 mins of time. The manager Kevin and his staff are just incredible! I really appreciate his team and the hard they clearly put into customer experience.  Kevin goes out of away to allow me to run my business in healthcare smoothly by taking care of my staff with delicious food with speed/efficient service.  Thank you

This location needs to be restaffed and corporate needs to have a serious talk with the franchisee. Completely unreliable, delivery orders either go undelivered or arrive hours! after the order was placed. I like their sandwiches but it's not worth it when you can't be sure if your order is ever actually going to be delivered.Food: 4/5
