Ordering from here for the first time, I wish the app had suggested "Jimmy it up" because I would have enjoyed that much more. The French bread was great and the beef and cheese were amazing as well. Dining in on Poplar was probably not the best idea but overall, I would definitely go back adding the Jimmy option and asking for it to be toasted if that's an option. There were several people behind the counter but the wait was still long with organization being the cause.

I have been a loyal Jimmy John’s customer for years. This has to be the absolute worst location as far as customer service I have ever been to. There’s a lady in there with a horrible attitude and always has pink headphones on. It seems like she trying to ignore customers and staff. I placed about 4 online orders there in the afternoon. I picked those orders up and paid for them with a card. Apparently there was some short of issue because she had the audacity to call my phone at 9:15PM yelling saying I picked up my orders and didn’t pay for them. I suggested she’d looked at the camera footage to see where the error occurred and requested that she never call my phone after hours like that again. A few days later I go back to that same location for a veggie sandwich. The same young lady was in there preparing an order with lots of meat so I asked the cashier if she didn’t mind wrapping my sandwich which was fine with her. The young lady with the headphones looked at me, rolled her eyes, and stated “you must be allergic to meat” when I let her know that I simply didn’t want the food cross contaminated due to me having a veggie sandwich, she got really rude then got on her phone with the same gloves on that she was preparing food with still on her hands. Everyone in that establishment are very polite she’s by far the worst employee they have there. I wouldn’t be surprised if she ends up getting them fined due to obvious health and FDA violations because you never know who comes in there… they might just work for the FDA and are just getting a bit to eat and this happens to them.

Trying Jimmy John's for the first time. I got myself the Italian Night Club with some chips and a cookie.  The sandwich I'll give it 5/10. But the chips was epic. It has that bold flavor and crunchy. So for the chips that's 7/10.  Now for the chocolate chip cookie I haven't tried it yet because I'm planning to eat it as a snack right around 3 or 3:30pm.  I would come to Jimmy John's again but not this one though because the service aren't that good enough.

I'm only deducting one star for the parking situation. There are maybe 10 parking spots total, of which the employees have to use, because behind the store the parking lot is rough to look at let alone drive on.  The parking lot itself needs some serious TLC - potholes are everywhere and the curb needs to be repaved.  The restaurant itself is very clean and nice, and the food quality is great and fresh. Ordered online for pickup and my order was ready within minutes.  Vegetarian options: Options for customized veggie-only sandwiches, or "unwhiches", which are salads with your favorite sandwich ingredients  Parking: Very limited number of spots, lots of potholes and uneven surfaces  Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu and high-chairs in store

Freaky Slow.  That is how I will describe my Jimmy John's experience from today. A coworker and myself waited an hour to receive our sandwiches from this location which is, according to Google Maps, only 7 minutes away from our office which is also on Poplar. We called the location only to be told "it's on the way but we can't give you a time".

We went as soon as the place opened. It was very dirty. Sticky floors, nasty soda machine. The floors behind the counter were covered in old food and trash. Despite all this, we ordered because we were starving before my doctor’s appointment. My wrap was made ok, but my husband’s sandwich hardly had any meat on it compared to all the other jimmy johns we’ve ate at. And we frequent them often. It was mostly lettuce. He was disappointed. We did get a refund but I won’t eat here again. It also had a weird smell, which I think was old mop water sitting around.

Very friendly and patient staff. Fresh ingredients crunchy cookies crunchy chips and I especially love the CRISPY LETTUCE on your unwiches!!

Went here at 7:30 pm and it was closed and the website says 9:00pm that’s worse than McDonald’sService: 1/5

The sandwiches were superb. Fresh meat and veggies. With every bite you can taste all ingredients. We ordered 5 different sandwiches and with each one it was a delight. Customer service was excellent.Food: 5/5

The customer service could have been better. The gentlemen preparing the food were nice however the lady that took my order was bland. Almost as if she didn't want to be there and the other lady sat in the booth with the same bland look and attitude on her face as well. Besides that, the food was good.
