Paid for a sub that had one piece of Turkey in it. Literally. $15 for the worst sub I have ever had in my life. So terrible I don’t want to finish it. More hard earned money flushed down the toilet.  In response to customer service - Will they give me my money back?!? Or is it just feedback with zero follow up?

The place was very clean, and welcoming. Ordering the food was easy, and there were several selections to choose from. Food was fresh, and correctly prepared.Food: 5/5

I ordered pick-up for lunch from the wrong store.  I called, asked them to hold my food until I could pick up that evening around 630.  When I got there, they'd made fresh sandwiches for me on the spot to make sure I was getting fresh, quality food.  So awesome, so tasty, so thankful!!  I'll definitely be back. The customer service here was trash. One employee off the clock wandering around in the restaurant talking to himself. Wish made feel very uncomfortable. And the other employee who made my sandwich had no type of enthusiasm or care in the world. No one offered to explain the menu to me as they see me standing trying to understand the menu. Employee claimed I couldn’t get my bread toasted……. So Im’a chew a hard bread that’s been sitting on the shelf all day??What type of sub place is this ??? And no the sub was trash. No wonder the place was empty when I walked in.

So far Jimmy John's is THEEEE BEST sandwich place for cold cut subs. ALL the produce and meats are actually FRESH!! The bread is REAL BREAD not that stale and dry type of bread. The customer service is beyond great. Forget "Subway" and get your subs made the Jimmy John's way.Food: 5/5

Ordered delivery from here. The delivery took an hour to get here. They marked it as delivered even though it still hadn't gotten to me yet. It finally got here and when i opened the sandwich it was missing ingredients, cheese, and was not cut in half as I had specified. Called the store to let them know and their customer service was sub par. This is definitely the worst Jimmy Johns. I  have ordered from other ones and have always had a great experience. This Jimmy Johns is missing the mark

Fast and tasty subs, fresh ingredients, what's not to like?  Unfortunately, that's not the only thing that is short.  Don't expect anything but short interactions and crass employees.  Fast also does not always equal quality. Many times I have ordered here, ingredients were missing, or side items left out of to go bags.  I recommend checking your sub and carry out bag before leaving and don't get influenced by their "freaky fast subs," campaign.

Yeah they are fast. Fast to close early. Door was locked and place cleaned up prior to closing.  They pretty much closed down 20 mins early.  Things happen but this location also keeps changing the hours. I'll definitely hesitate coming back towards the evening.

I never even stepped in to the place and I'm glad I didn't, my reason why is because of the young lady who answered the phone. I called around 11:40 this morning, I wanted to make a order to pick up, the way she asked for my name that's on the caller ID was the first red flag, sounded like she was being sarcastic. Then she asked for my order, I gave it to her. After that, she asked for my card info, and clearly said that she was ready for me to give it to her even after I gave her some time to prepare, then as I'm giving it to her . . . She literally says to me in an attitude and impatient manner "GIVE ME A SECOOOOOND". So I waited, and then I heard her explaining to someone in the background about my name on their Caller I.D. which was irrelevant. I just had enough, and hung up the phone and called another Jimmy Johns instead. They had waaaay better etiquette than the one in this location. I had my doubt's before making the order here cuz of some of the negative reviews I've seen, But I rather judge things myself with my own experience, and obviously it's understood why I read some complains about this location. I'm not saying that this impacts the other employees in there, But clearly the young lady who answered my call, needs to do better.
