The ladies on 4.18 at 2pm were very welcoming, friendly and fast. Sub was finished before I put my wallet in my purse. Thank you for the great service! The Caprese sub was fye!Food: 5/5
ofc their food is amazing, but i wanted to write this review because the staff there literally always goes above and beyond!! they’re the kindest people ever, i always leave with a smile on my face because they’re just so sweet. give this staff at this location a raise asapFood: 5/5
Told us they just work here - they dont know how to use the system though :D
Ordered food and never received it. Showed it being "delivered" over an hour after it was ordered- but never got my food. Tried to call the restaurant, was hung up on multiple times and then they answered the phone and just left the phone off the hook with me on the call not responding to me. I will be disputing this charge. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE- Who operates a place of business like this?
Our family was headed out of town and planned to grab some sandwiches to go. “Freaky fast, nope. The employee that eventually pulled himself away from his phone long enough to unenthusiastically take our order. We were told that they were “running low” on white bread and he didn’t want to “run out so early in case other people wanted white bread later”. Ummmm, OK??? Don’t sell to a customer now in case another customer wants it later? We left without issue, he went back to his phone. Note - this is a late entry from late August, almost 2 months ago.
Stopped in to grab a few sandwiches one night. Two people were working. The mouth breather running the register was actively scrolling TikTok at full volume trying to equally divide his attention between my order and the videos on his phone. He then started giggling like a little school girl when my girlfriend asked for a picked. We stopped ordering and left in disbelief and will not be back. The store was also in disarray. Dirty tables, empty chip rack etc. Judging by other reviews of this location this seems to be par for the course. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.
Food is good, but delivery is horrible. Expect missing items or half filled containers. If you want to eat here, go in and order so you can check your items so the staff will fix it. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION, YOUR ORDER WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BE WRONG MOST OF THE TIME.
Incase the owner of this location is interested, your employees are turning away business during the lunch hour because they are working on a take out order. Apparently it takes 3 of them to make sandwiches for the take out order and 1 more to stand at the register and turn people away. I watched her turn aways at least 10 people in the couple minutes I was there.
Ordered a beach club sandwich and didn’t receive any turkey on it. Customer service was rough, not a very friendly greeting. This location needs some workFood: 1/5
Just got a food delivered. The sandwich was basically all Dijon mustard. I ordered the veggie and it was just only small layer of veggies like I mean small amounts. So I basically just bit into mustard that was spicy. So thank you Jimmy johns for the stomach ache. If you have to eat somewhere go somewhere else it's not worth the pain.
