Clean place, service was your typical Jimmy John's, fast and nice. They even looked up my place to see if they deliver to my new home. Also, they have the good ice. So even though my home is out of their delivery zone, they get a star for the good ice. I knocked down a star because the sandwich was the saddest Jimmy John's I have ever had. Flat and empty. Hardly any meat or lettuce and HUGE slices of tomato.... It tasted fine, food was fresh, but I basically had a tomato sandwich with a few slices of meat and strips of lettuce.

It's the last time I'm giving my money to Jimmy John's.  $19.61 for an à la carte meal for me and my daughter where EVERYTHING was extra. I generally like their sandwiches, but you have to pay for extras like pickles.  No combo meals.

And, since my 6-year-old eats relatively little, spending nearly $7 on a sandwich just so she can have some cheese and vegetables which don't come on the smaller portions (only meat and bread) seems unreasonable.  She finished  only a quarter of what was served up and ate none of the bread.

The service was lackluster and the staff could have tried to make the customer happy, but they chose not to.  It seemed like we were arguing over vegetables.

You guys can do better, but you won't see me again.  Period.  Subway gives me more of what I want for a fraction of the price.  And I won't get hassled over vegetables for my kid.

The last two times I've placed a delivery order it has taken over an hour to get my food.  I had to call them today for an update and was told they only have one driver.  A courtesy call would have been nice, so I could cancel my order and make other arrangements. Instead, it's 2PM and I still haven't received my food.  It's been over an hour and a half since I placed my order and I'm only 1.7 miles from their business.  Very disappointed.

We ordered the day before (giving them 24 hrs to prepare) for like 31 box lunches for 1045 am pick up but for the second time around the food prepared after 1115 and it was 30 minutes late. Sorry guys but you need to improve your service, they didn't even bother to say sorry or give us something just to compensate us for waiting. We love your food but service is poor.

Aweful. I stood there and watched two emplyees make (and butcher) a sandwich.  They made it sloppily, then slopped the sandwich insides on to another roll because it didn't fit on the original roll. I will NEVER go back to this particular location.  Then when I told them it was made sloppy they shrugged it off.
