DELICIOUS and great service. Delivery isn't very fast. They got my delivery order wrong once and everything was taken care of gracefully. One of my favorite food places here in Cheney.

I usually like JJ's but today was pretty dumb. I called in at 11:40 placed an order the person on the phone confirmed they can deliver to my house, I wait and wait. Nobody comes by 1:00 I call and ask what is going on and they tell me they never sent the order out because they don't deliver to my location.. WOW seriously thanks a lot I wait over an hour and now don't get lunch at all. I can say I'm done with JJ's now could you guys at least have called me to tell me you were not coming instead of keeping me waiting?

As a firefighter and not knowing when calls come in I'd call jimmie johns expecting a quick sandwhich they advertise. Several times my order has taken 30 minutes or longer. Tonight I'm still waiting over an hour later. Calls back after 30 minutes and my sandwhich hasn't even been made yet! Call again 20 minutes later and the sandwhich had just left but they had "several stops". I'll take the time to drive to subway from now on.

The store always plays awesome tunes and are very courteous! Not to mention how quick they are able to execute with precision every sandwich!
