True to the advertising about speed, my sandwich is regularly done before I can finish paying. Very good food.

Normally a good, slightly over priced, sub.  I've had good experiences here in the past and frequent this location about once a month.  On my last visit I ordered a beach club, #12, and they forgot to include the meat.  Very disappointed!  I won't stop going here but I hope they can get their act together.

I LOVE Jimmy John's..... except this location.  This is the WORST Jimmy Johns I've ever ordered from.  Below are my complaints.

1.  Other than the great subs, the best part about Jimmy John's is the speed.  "Subs so fast you'll freak."  I've had orders take anywhere from 45min to well over 1hour.  One time I placed an order and I called after it had been 50mins and still no sandwich.  They told me the driver was out and that it would be here shortly.  The sandwich didn't arrive for another 30mins.  This location is 5mins from my house.

2.  This location closes at 9:00pm.  If I try to call at 8:30pm, they often won't answer the phone.  I've tried going online and placing an order.  The order goes through but no food is never delivered.  Then I get a call or email in the morning telling me my order was cancelled or asking if I still want the order (14 hours later).

3.  I learned to deal with the above listed annoyances because as I said earlier, I LOVE Jimmy John's.  However, even the food can be hit or miss.  I just ordered a sub and paid the extra $1 for avocado spread and also some onions.  Neither were added to my sub.  I know they looked at the order because they gave me the right sub, but they don't care enough to make the sandwich that is ordered. 

Is it the end of the world?  No.  Is it enough to make me stop ordering from their location?  Absolutely.
