Order is wrong quite often and if it's not wrong average time at this location for delivery is 45min. Nothing freaky fast about this location I wish I could have beach blvd. location deliver they are fast and order is right

Not surprised to see so many 1 star reviews after today! Jimmy John's food tastes good but the portions suck & the customer service is even worse!!! Sent my husband to pick up a combo to go, get the sub with no chips or drink. When I called the manager on duty Joseph Castiel said "that's unfortunate the chips are literally right up front and the drink machine is too you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink" and hung up on me. I will NEVER spend another penny at another Jimmy John's based on my experience at this location.

Can not get a hold of anyone on the phone. they charged my husband 26.73 for one sub instead of crediting our account they debited the amount  they were supposed to credit. How do they get take out orders filled if they don't answer the phone.

My office and I order from the Atlantic Blvd location almost every day, sometimes 2 and 3 times a day. Recently we noticed there was a NEW charge of $2.00 for the delivery. We never noticed this before so we called the store. We were told that there was always a delivery fee but it changed from $1.00 a sandwich to $2.00 for the order. We checked the online receipts from the last 3 months and NOPE NO DELIVERY CHARGE. So sadly, we have decided to never order from there again for the dishonest answer we were given and the new charge. Our office is located 2 blocks away and we are not happy about the charge.
