I run a small non-profit and I am swamped with trying to just keep it in business. Having them manage my finances saves me time and keeps me from tearing out my hair when I have an audit. The onboarding process took a little bit longer than I expected. The employee I was working with changed jobs so that delayed it. I would give a 5 star if that went a little quicker. But once we were up and running things have been great. You really took a huge weight off my shoulders. You guys are a life saver!

A great, innovative approach to handling our small non-profit's accounting functions. The Jitasa team, although several states away are as accessible, or more, than an accounting specialist down the hall.

Leave it to one of Boise's Russell clan to come up with an incredible business model of serving not-for-profit organizations with remote accounting services. Great integrity and excellent service. This is a great place to get good accounting rates if you're from a bigger locale than Boise and are willing to set up on QuickBooks online (which doesn't accomodate all needs.)

Horrible experience. Should be investigated! This company took money from a small non profit and NEVER did the services paid for. They made us pay up front more than $1200 , then took out monthly fees $360 for almost a year and we complained for months our numbers were not matching and could tell no one from this company was even working on our books at all because the software reflects last login date. We finally got out of our contract (which Jitasa completely breached regardless) and demanded they show us the work they did...obviously they could not produce proof of their work and we demanded the upfront money we gave them and months they deducted funds directly out of our account and they cowardly ignored us. We reported them to the State which was also useless but then later found out the owners of the company are in "good" with the people for the State. Taking money for services you never provided is THEFT! And you're disgusting for doing it to a charity. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID JITASA!
