Genuinely some of the best and authentic Asian food in Columbus. Credibility: my mom moved to the US in her 20s and said this food has her stamp of approval. Get the hand stretch noodles. They are perfect, bouncy and fresh. The staff is great! Pad Thai and wonton soup is also just chefs kissFood: 5/5
Oh man. This was my first time trying Biang Biang noodles and these were incredible. Amazingly flavorful, salty, garlicky, and chewy. Tender meat, and wonderfully crisp veggies. If you love a good thick chewy noodle and strong flavors, this is the dish for you. They don't hold back on the chili. My partner got the Yuxiang pork and that was absolutely delicious too. The flavor starts off as a strong, vinegary taste, though this quickly melts into a subtle sweet flavor. Very tender. Generous portion of meat. Server was very sweet and the whole place was very cozy :-
The chicken and veggie soup is my absolute favorite. It comes loaded with celery, onion, and I think cabbage. I like to add some of their hand stretched noodles. They also have a selection of some bottled and canned beers and saki and the like.Food: 5/5
First time here. Not too busy at 4:30 so service was good. I played it safe and had mushroom chicken. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Lamb Hand Stretched Noodle. Super yummy. Parking: Easy in easy out. Wheelchair accessibility: Flat all the way
I wanted to give this restaurant a five star is. I chose it specifically because of the other readings. I got my chicken pad Thai to go. Someone came to greet me right away and take my order. It was ready in 10 minutes. The food is well cooked. It just doesn’t taste very good. Dietary restrictions: Chicken pad Thai is gluten-free.
I’ve been visiting Jiu Thai at least once a month, and their food has never disappointed me. If you like noodles, you must try their hand pulled noodles! I love their red oil beef hand sketch noodles and Xi’an cold noodles vegan!. The broth and the sauce are very flavorful — they are savory, sour, and slightly spicy, with the right balance. Their BBQ items are great! I’ve had lamb, chicken heart, and squid. They are well seasoned and soft! Other things that taste great include delicious pork sandwich, lamb sandwich, and Yuxiang Eggplant vegan; sweat and sour and savory. Since this is a Chinese restaurant, they really specialize in authentic northern Chinese cuisine. In general any Chinese dish on their menu is awesome! So please lower your expectations for non-Chinese dishes, such as Pad Thai. Lastly, this is a perfect place for one diner, especially if you are into noodles :
Really stands out in an ocean of mediocre Asian dining. Extremely consistent too. I’ve eaten here about 5 times so far and haven’t been disappointed. Seems like the management and the cooks know what they’re doing. Very quaint location and almost hidden from view. The interior isn’t impressive but that is hardly the draw here. This seems like a take-out operation. Not to mention, they package their food very well. Much better than any other restaurant I’ve seen. They use tin foil to retain heat. This seems to keep the fried foods from getting soggy. So many times I have ordered crispy chicken, and by the time it gets to my home, it becomes soggy. I don’t know if anyone else can commiserate with that, but it absolutely sucks when you’re craving crispy chicken and get soggy chicken instead. I’m not sure if it’s because of their packaging method or because their food quality is better, but every time I order sesame chicken here, it’s crispy, crunchy, and very delicious.
Just get the hand pulled noodles!!! Amazing! Have gotten a lot of different food from this place and I am yet to have a dish I didn’t enjoy. The Hunan beef is also on my top things to eat here. Those doughy noodle though :-
Clean, quiet, efficient service. Friendly staff. I, myself enjoyed my own food. Finished it all. Family all had to get doggy bagsboxes which they also give you a bag to put them in which is nice. Overall full stomach and nice experience.
Great people and great food. The pork sandwich was delicious, and the biang biang noodles are still the best.Food: 5/5
