I am a Realtor in St George and this is the forst derogatory review I have ever written for anyone, it's just not something I do but in this instance I felt compelled..
If there was an option for 0 stars that's what I would have chose because aside from taking my money and givin me several headaches that's all Jeff and Jk painting did for me. Extraordinarily difficult to work with. From a complete lack of communication to drinking on the job site & trying to change the terms of the contract after the fact to get more money, I had no other option but to let him go. He will not return any calls or deposits to my investor and has walked away with 1275 and did not lift a finger to paint my house. It was such a bad experience I just painted the house myself to save my budget. Dont make the same mistake I did and hire Jk painting for any of your projects big or small.

Jeff at JK Painting was great to work with when we went about repainting our local medical office.  Jeff was willing to work after hours and weekends to make sure that patients had no idea there was work taking place until the finished product was ready for their eyes.  Thanks!

What a different experience!  As someone who appreciates straightforward, direct, honest communication while at the same time needing patience while I made my decisions, it was refreshing to find those attributes with a professional I could afford.
