So we finally found a house that we could both agree on, only problem....it needed new floors. I started shopping and had 4 bids to do about 35% carpet and the rest tile in our new (to us) 2000 sq ft home. Not only did JMI come in at about $1000 less expensive, all the guys were clean and very professional. My wife is happy so ..... I trust and would personally recommend Josh, Tim, Penny and the whole team to work in my family's or anyones home or business. Good quality work and at a great price. Thanks JMI!!!

I had JMI install 1200ft of tile and wood in my home and the work was absolutely impeccable. Dealing with Josh and Jason during my decision process was very professional and pleasant. The installer were very courteous and respectful. The work turned out perfect and I would definitely recommend them

We used JMI to install 1500 ft of tile in a diamond pattern on our floors, in addition to a tile backsplash in the kitchen and a new master shower. Not only were we impressed with the craftsmanship and the cleanliness of there installers, but the over all proffesionalism of everyone we dealt with was refreshing. Also, they have a very nice showroom and a large selection to choose from. We would recommend JMI 10 out of 10 times. We were so happy with the tile, we brought them back to remove the concrete and replace it with pavers in our driveway.

Working with JMI was the best home repair decision I have ever made. I had the pleasure of working with Josh and Jason on replacing my kitchen floors. The prices were well below other bid estimates from companies in the area, the workmanship was impeccable, and the personal touch was above and beyond expectations. I would recommend these guys as a great flooring company any day. However their expertise does not stop there, they also do great work on any home repair needed. While they were at my house I was complaining about how the handyman working for me messed up the frame work on the new door for my bathroom. I have a 1935 house so all work needs to be precise. Not only did they fix that but I also had them replace all the doors and frames in my house. In addition I had them add a front porch railing to go around my Victorian style home. Heck one of the guys was even nice enough to hang my flat screen TV on the wall. As far as I am concerned they knocked it out of the park on this one! Thanks guys so much for making my house a home.

JMI did a bathroom remodel for us. The owner of the company (Jason) and a worker did the job. Our tub is made out of concrete and tile. I watched what they went through to get my bathroom done, because whomever built our house I did not have a level because the walls are so uneven which made the job almost impossible to do. Not only did they replace the concrete, but they tiled the entire tub/shower and did a "WONDERFUL" job doing it. My bathroom is one of my favorite places now. We noticed after about 3 months that a few of the tiles were coming loose, we called Jason and he was back out here the following day correcting the problem. I would highly recommend J.M.I. not only for their workmanship but for their cost and professionalism.
