The staff may be friendly, but they will never be able to fix the simplest of issues you might have. You will get referred to a million different numbers before they actually take responsibility for problems that THEIR OFFICE CAUSED. Had my car parked at a meter and put the coins in at exactly 4:30 for 10 minutes. I received a ticket at 4:41. Yes, that may be my fault, but it was ridiculous. Had to pay 25$. If you want to park on campus without a ticket you have to pay a ridiculous fee. One time I received a ticket when my car was not parked illegally. It was in a 15 minute parking spot for less than 5 minutes. I received a ticket, called the office and explained my situation. They told me there was nothing they could do and I had to appeal my ticket. Annoying but I did it anyway and my appeal was denied. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to pay 25$ AGAIN because otherwise there would have been a hold on my account and I would have missed enrollment. I never even violated their parking rules contract thing, I checked. The staff and office in general are SO unhelpful and this whole "service" does JMU students a disservice by sucking money out of them any way that they can.

Hard to find. It's to the left of the garage entrance but you have to park in 15-min parking by the main stadium entrance. Otherwise it's fine for getting passes and the staff are friendly.

As if JMU needs another reason to rob its patrons blind, these assholes make a living by ruining everyone's day.

Go Dukes!!! Just a blast to be there game day. Tickets are inexpensive and plenty of good seating. Expect not to park close and walk.
