Smaller but good selection, little close parking, but a free lot a short walk away.  Sometimes a bit disorganized and could use a little sprucing up. Helpful staff

It has been a few years that this location has been heading downhill, but i continue to come because I'm just used to shopping here I guess. Today might be the last time unless things change in the future. I approached an employee at the cutting counter (janelle) and even before I started asking for help she looked at me like she didn't want to be bothered. I asked her if she could help me find vinyl fuse, on a roll or packaged and she said without even moving to look around, that they don't have anything like that. I asked if there was anyone else who would know, and she made a face like she thought I was insulting her. I was about to leave but then I decided to look around for myself and I also asked another employee, AUSTIN for help. He finally found exactly what I was looking for. Someone like Austin will have people wanting to come back at this store and shop. One of the main reasons for this review is because everytime I've come in contact with janelle I've  had the same negative experience. People dealing with customers need to understand that customers and employees need to respect each other. We need this kind of store in the neighborhood. I hope things change for the good

I have shopped here since the store opened (only because I live close by and it's convenient). In the approx. 20 years I've shopped here all I can say is...avoid this store, if possible. Checkout lines are a long wait. No one around to give you any assistance and not the best selection when compared to other JOANN fabric stores. How it stays in business is beyond me...and why I keep hoping things will change is beyond me too.

If you like craft projects, these guys have good supplies.  Remember to download their coupons while in the store prior to checkout.
