Joan has done an outstanding job assisting my family through probate. Many problems of late have forced me in different directions, and Joan has been patient and tenacious while guiding me through the probate process: we discussed every aspect of the case to a depth that made me feel confident in her understanding and respected. The experience was turbulent and difficult, but without Joan it would have certainly been impossible.

No help at all , and Joan was rude not even wanting to try to help. Her receptionist asked me to bring in my paperwork and Court documents for Joan to review and she said very rude I'm not even going to look at those documents I can't help you with your situation, you look at them and read them. I was like I've read them already , but I'm needing help understanding what I'm reading , and needing some advice obviously , or I wouldn't be needing a lawyer. Very unsatisfied, with her service. Also she was unorganized. Thinking at first I was someone else she had a appointment with..A Big Thumbs Down.

Really great experience. She very nice and polite and knows her job.I definitely would recommend joan to all my friends and family members.
