Joan Schlereth and her staff are excellent I generally don't write reviews but they were great didn't think could lower my payments but they did highly recommend!!!!!!

This location kept messing up my account billing every month, till I had enough and changed insurance.  They admitted to me they owed me a full months refund plus by two different employees and I have yet to receive payment.  That was approximately 6 plus months ago...I guess to court will be my next option
