Whether it has been driving in town and experiencing their rude drivers to having flowers delivered - these people have zero hospitality skills. The flowers I have gotten look beautiful; occasionally haphazardly arranged but for the most part they're presentation is about average.

Beautiful flowers, I love my plant, this was the Friday before Mother's Day. Very expensive. She was sweet and carried my plant to my car!
