Wow, amazingly poor customer service when they promise 100% customer satisfaction on their site.

Flowers were not even close to what the FTD product description was on her site.  And the arrangement showed multiple colors (4 or 5) of tulips all spring colors.  Two colors in the order, not spring colors and they don't even compliment each other.

Jody (the owner) was unprofessional and extremely rude on the phone and offered no route to fix a botched order, expected me to offer a solution to her problem.   Complete waste of money and time, don't do business with them you will be disappointed.
