Don't judge a book by the cover. The houses are truly beautiful, but built by the cheapest contractors Joe Boyden can find, with poor materials, bad installs, crumbling concrete, gaps, leaks, blah, blah, blah. You'll wait forever for repairs while under warranty, and won't get any help once that year or two is up. 

To top it off their customer service is ... well, there isn't any. Just doubletalk, false promises, and a blatant lack of concern once the warranty is up. All the neighbors agree: You might buy a pretty new house wrought with issues, and that falls apart in 5 years. Beware!
