No stars! No customer service! Agent was useless. He made us feel like he was doing us a favor. We paid for seat selection only to find out they got changed. No notification received. Why did we pay for seats? Will not book thru TPI again. They have not responded to my inquiries. We booked 6 airfares  and tour tickets. Our TPI rep was trying to work while he was on vacation! It did not work.

Thanx for the warning!  the other one nearby looks legit with 4.8 rating.. cheers!
