Do not know what has happened to this business after being a happy customer totaling over 15 years insuring house, cars, boats etc. I have now had the worst experience. Information being lost, They now have my wrong address in system so bills get sent wrong address, used to receive email/phone notifications no longer. Now my insurance lapsed. My last phone calls came with a promise of a follow up service call by office staff they never happened. I am currently waiting over a week and still no quotes. I was actually told today I should look else where to get better service by a member of Joe's staff.

Staff are welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. Best value compared to other companies, and compared with other State Farm agencies; their customer service is what really sets them above the rest.
