Loved the place for it's big areas and lots of sitting options. You can sit inside or outside if preferred. Of course, their specialty is sea food but you can also find other good meals for those with allergy situations. Staff was friendly and courteous and you can have a great time wether you are eating or just having a drink with friends. I went in at 2:30 pm Thursday and was completely disappointed and disgusted. There didn't seem to be much business; there were 2 hostesses chatting, but apparently only one waiter no one told us service would be slow or that they were understaffed. Drinks took almost 20 minutes to arrive mine was incorrect and the food an hour and 5 minutes! Our appetizers were cold, the portions were small; the sauce had formed skin, and we weren't given bibs or wetwipes. Not only that, but received snow unseasoned instead of Queen old bay! Why would I pay for what I didn't get? I didn't touch it. I wish I took more pictures. Menus weren't removed from the table, and drinks weren't refilled. In ten minutes, we caught the waiters attention and he asked if we still wanted our correct order. Of course we did. We didn't know it would arrive soapy, dry and under seasoned. The manager wasn't helping at all and seemed to be threatening the only waiter. By the time we were done, a lady who was cleaning was assigned to waitress. Our waiter didn't return, so we had to pay at the front counter. $111 was the final cost for 3 very dissatisfied customers, and if there's no attempt to right this wrong, there will be a call to corporate.

The food was awful and they charge ypu an unbelievable amount of money for minimal amount of food. The manager did make things right and took a large chunk of money off the bill the desert was actually very good but the crab legs were awful the shrimp where so over cooked they were like rubber. The lobster was the same super salty and rubber. It was so bad  there was also rotten corn in my food.

The food was good but the wait to get the food including appetizer was a longggg while! We arrived around 1230pm on a saturday and it was a bit empty but they still made us wait awhile before we got seated dont know why?! Its not like it takes THAT long to put two tables together for our group of 7. The server was at least friendly and always had a huge smile. But it just took awhile about an hour or so for us to even get the nachos appetizer.

Excellent presentation. Clean and organized. Great setting. It’s not worth the price for what you are getting.

Only gave it a two because the customer service was decent. What they consider a bucket is really just a place for one person. Don’t waste your money on this chain. You’re better of going to your local spot!! Went there for my birthday- what a disappointment.

I ordered the shrimp sampler. It definitely was delicious, only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because some of the shrimp still had legs and/or weren't cleaned out completely. It also seemed a little over cooked.

Im not that big on eating Seafood and as a 1st timer here -  the food was ok. What you see pictured is : a seafood platter fried shrimp, baked shrimp covered in bacon, deep fried stuffed crab, popcorn shrimp, fried fish filet and alot of fries and an adult beverage.  Overall the atmosphere was nice, waiters were really nice , but the food needed a bit more flavor and for me if something taste too fishy - I can't eat it the filet and popcorn shrimp. The crab and fries was the hi-light for me.  The portions are big enough for 2 people - it's not very expensive: about $78.00 including tip.  So if you like to eat and willing to try different restaurants then I say go for it and try Joe's crab  shack ..  Til my next post - smooches

We dine here fairly frequently and the service is consistently amazing.  We feel like family, the staff is attentive. The manager Tanya is friendly and manages a great team. Huge shout out to Andrew, Jose and Omarlys who always go above and beyond in service but really the best part is their personalities.  They're fun, warm an engaging all while providing top notch service.  Recently Joe's updated their menu and the new additions are delicious.   Highly recommend the crab and shrimp dip and the new boils!  Parking: Easy convenient parking.

I know seafood is expensive, but this place was a little steep. The mixed drinks were tasty but light on the alcohol. The food was good though, if a bit salty. The service however, was impeccable. Our server was on point and very attentive.Food: 4/5
