ZERO Stars(apparently I have to give one to post). Worst Hallmark ever. Will not go back. Not only were the employees rude but they acted like I was an inconvenience for bothering them during their social hour at the register. Zero help as I shopped and wouldn't take my Hallmark corporate coupons. Disappointed and will never go back. Arlington Heights Hallmark on Rand will have my local Hallmark shopping going forward. (It's not far from here, don't bother driving here). Not to mention my 3 year old who had to go to the bathroom you wouldn't help!
